When purchasing from Champagne Mane please be sure of your choices as 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Customers are allowed to exchange within 5 DAYS of receiving your order. Any exchange request not received within this time frame WILL NOT be accepted. All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. The order must be sent back in its ORIGINAL condition. It cannot be washed, cut, straightened, combed out, colored or modified in ANY WAY. We are very adamant about this policy. All original tags and ties must still be present in order to qualify for an exchange.
